Custom pattern installation

Engineered hardwood installation ( LVP )
Need to install over concrete, in a basement, or over radiant heating? Engineered hardwood is the answer. We install all major engineered hardwood products using nail-down, glue-down, or floating methods depending on your subfloor and environment.
Subfloor preparation
A perfect floor starts below the surface. We test for moisture, level the subfloor, and correct any conditions before a single board goes down. Skipping subfloor prep is the most common cause of installation failure — warping, gapping, and squeaking that could have been prevented with the right preparation upfront.

LUXURY VINYL PLANK ( LVP )
LVP is forgiving in many ways, but it reads the subfloor honestly. High spots telegraph through the surface. Low spots cause flex and noise over time. Before we install anything, we inspect, level, and clean — so the floor lands flat and stays that way.
Whether your project calls for a floating click-lock system or a glue-down application over concrete, the installation method is chosen for the room, not the other way around. We account for temperature, humidity, transitions between rooms, and the specific behavior of the product you've selected.
