process & warranty
You'll always know what's happening. We make sure of it.
A clear process, a committed team, and a warranty that backs everything up
The 6-Step Process
Step 1 — Site Visit & Assessment We come to you. We measure the space, inspect the subfloor, assess moisture levels, and identify any conditions that could affect the installation. No surprises later because we catch everything now.
Step 2 — Specification & Proposal We put everything in writing. Species, finish, pattern, timeline, and a detailed cost breakdown. You'll know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs before a single board is ordered.
Step 3 — Approval & Scheduling Once you approve the proposal, we lock in your installation dates in writing. Your slot is reserved — no vague timelines, no "we'll call you the week before."
Step 4 — Installation Our certified crew arrives on time, works clean, and follows your specification to the letter. You'll receive a progress update at the end of each day — without having to ask for one.
Step 5 — Final Inspection Before we pack up, we walk every square foot with you. We check every board, every edge, every transition. If anything isn't right, we fix it before we leave.
Step 6 — Post-Delivery & Care Guide We send you a written care guide specific to your species and finish. We're also available for questions after installation — because our relationship doesn't end when the job does.
